Northwest Arkansas: Everyone is Saying It's the Place to Be!

I have to confess, my posts have been lacking over the last few months. Life has intervened as it often does.

The real estate market in Bentonville and NWA has slowed a bit; thousands of people moved into the area with the new Wal-Mart campus opening and some purchased while others rented for a while, just to find out whether they like this perfect place.

Bentonville proper has 446 homes on the market, many are brand new builds on the outskirts of town. Some are downtown too, but there are fewer because of availability of lots. Median price is $250 per sqft, and that’s about the cost to build the one you want on your lot.

As I said in an earlier post, this is my 39th year in Bentonville real estate and 14th with my own company. I specialize in commercial and development properties but I also work with buyers and sellers in residential and lots. And not just Bentonville, all over Northwest Arkansas.
