New Year, New Listings

I started in the real estate business in 1987 here in Bentonville, 39 years ago. Hard to believe. Started out the year when a nice man from Orlando contacted me about listing a couple of Bella Vista Lots, both in Bentonville School District, so here they are. One lot is on Cress Lane, a little stub off Lancashire 3 miles east of Town Center and about 1/4 mile from the Back 40 Trail Head. Although BVV hasn’t maintained the little lane, this is a nice lot! It’s level, which is unusual, no sewer access. But it’s a good one to build on, just one lot off Lancashire. The other lot is on Kent Drive just one lot off Grosvenor. It slopes right to left, but there are several other homes on Kent in the same situation.
